As Spacewell's Workplace Lead, you‘ll play a pivotal role within Spacewell's global team. Your responsibilities include leading the sales teams and overseeing the management, maintenance, and development of Spacewell’s customer portfolio, with a primary focus on cultivating long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and the profitability of the portfolio.
Embrace the role of ethical leader of the Direct/Indirect Sales teams, and both organize and optimize SDR Sales Development, Pre-Sales and Enablement, Professional Services, and Onboarding. Develop a strategic approach and implement it by collaborating with your team members on Spacewell Sales worldwide. Offer sharp advice, meaningful coaching, and challenge the status quo when needed to execute Spacewell's vision and strategy. In this capacity, you report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
